Many have complained that the offline experience in Star Wars: Battlefront isn't up to snuff.
But perhaps developer DICE has heard the complaints and are working on making the offline entertainment more appealing.
According to WCCF Tech , a user named Caleb contacted the EA Customer Experience about the possibility of enhancing the offline gameplay, and as he revealed in the Battlefront forums, it seems DICE is "working on it."
"Hi, My name is caleb and I have a couple of questions. First, I know on the forums we have been told that the developers were looking at adding the online game modes to offline game play and I was wondering if we had any updates on this?"
"The developers are working on it and they have progressed quite a bit."
The EA representative said there's no time table on this just yet, nor are there any specific details; i.e., which online modes might become playable offline, if DICE will add new offline gameplay, etc. But at least we know that in the future, you won't necessarily have to be connected online to enjoy yourself.
Recently, EA said Battlefront was designed to be "accessible" and it's not really for the "hardcore" player. Yeah, well, even casuals might want to play offline from time to time.

Wait so battlefront has a offline mode? Hmm maybe if they improve it i might pick this game up before it hits EA Access.
It sort of does.
The single player game has an exclusive endor moon speeder bike level. Sadly it wasn't part of any multiplayer mode.
It's more of a tutorial than anything.
Give us 2-player split screen on the Multiplayer modes, and I'll be happy :/
