This here is Hatoful Boyfriend from Mediatronic and publisher Devolver Digital. As announced over at the PlayStation Blog , this is a remake that will launch on PlayStation 4 and Vita on July 21. The game will support the Cross-Buy initiative as well.
This new version boasts a new romance option featuring Tohri, a character that previously only appeared in the sequel ( Hatoful Boyfriend: Holiday Star ), written by original creator Hato Moa. With this new character, we get a brand new story path and ending. The only other description we have is this:
"Explore questionable stalkers, bitter rivalries, and even doomsday devices in this exclusive new Hatoful Boyfriend content."
Maybe someone more in tune with Japanese culture can fill us in. First question: For what sounds like a dating or romance game of some kind, why am I only seeing screenshots of birds? …well, anyway.
And don't forget that the aforementioned sequel, Holiday Star , will hit PS4 and Vita later this year.

Well as for why you are only seeing pictures of birds it is a Pigeon dating game.
PS. You are playing as a human and you are the one dating birds.

I totally thought that was a typo…but yeah, very weird sounding game.
