Gabriel Stanford-ReisingerPlayStation: The Concert seemed like such a good idea; an event that showcased the music that made PlayStation, but man is it not panning out the way Sony hoped. Now, after canceling all North America shows this year, the rug-pulls continue as 11 shows dated for 2026 have now been canned.
VGC reports the shows have been given the boot, and moreover, PlayStation: The Concert’s own webpage now leads to a 404. This is pretty damning that it’s not going over well, at least not with the people in the know. Let’s be real, how many people actually knew this was a thing outside of those that keep tabs on PlayStation’s social media 24/7?
Meanwhile, in Europe, shows dated for mid-2025 are now early 2026, with a chunk either being officially canceled or not showing up on a ticket vendor’s website.
