Gabriel Stanford-ReisingerPocketpair’s publishing arm, Pocketpair Publishing, is taking on the Metroidvania and roguelike genres by handling the publishing duties of Frontside 180’s Never Grave: The Witch and The Curse.
This upcoming 2D action adventure, which was featured during the recent State of Play Japan, is slated for early next year will put the player in the shoes a witch donning a cursed hat that allows them to control some enemies. It’s also co-op friendly with up to four players.
In terms of visuals, Never Grave definitely takes cues from Hollow Knight, that is to say, it’s pleasing to look at and we’re sure it’ll be a decent time.
