Hello Kitty Island Adventure Sales Break A Million, Good Sales News All Around

In what is one in a series of titles that have sold extraordinarily well this year, Hello Kitty Island Adventures, as was reviewed on this site earlier this year, has broken one million sales recently. This is after it was noted in March that it’d broken 500,000 just three months post its previous release on the Switch and PC.

This comes after news that LEVEL-5’s very recent release of Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road broke 500,000 just in a little over a week and a half, and similar news that Capcom’s Dragon’s Dogma 2 has broken 4,000,000 in the the day before. Additionally, workplace comedy title Dispatch from AdHoc Studio is slated to hit its three years sales target in its first three months, while officially breaking the 2,000,000 mark within its first month of release.

Getting deeper into the holiday season, it should be interesting to find out what other titles end up being successes, especially after certain large-scale disappointments that seemed to be some of the bigger games news stories of the last few years.

To think, last year Concord was refunded and wiped from shelves, The Games Award Fighting Game Award winner, Multiversus, which is something this contributor will never forgive whoever the committee is for, being permanently shut down after a year long hiatus back in 2022, and this year we pretty much started with Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
