Ben-DutkaIt was easily one of the best games of last year. It also received quite a few flat-out Game of the Year awards.
So doesn't it deserve one of those fancy Game of the Year Editions? Well, according to a listing at the British Board of Film Classification (as cited by GamerZines ), Rockstar's Western gem will indeed receive a GotY edition; it's actually slated to release on September 16. If the BBFC's listing was accurate, it might mean US gamers get it three days earlier; that seems to be the standard release trend across different regions. Also, the GotY edition should boast the Undead Nightmare add-on. If you missed out on one of the most accomplished and immersive titles of the generation, September may be the time to right that awfully grave wrong.
We also want to know if Rockstar plans to do another installment in the Red Dead series. We assume they will but we haven't heard anything concrete just yet.
