Ben-DutkaRockstar continues to make Red Dead Redemption the most appealing Western experience in gaming.
Today, the developer has announced a release date for the newest piece of downloadable content for Red Dead Redemption : the "Legends and Killers Pack" will be available on the PlayStation Store and Xbox Live service on August 10, so if you've already sampled past DLC content and are thirsty for more, get ready. The fresh content includes 9 new multiplayer map locations, the Tomahawk (a brand new projectile weapon), and even more Trophies and Achievements to pursue. Furthermore, for those who remember the first game – Red Dead Revolver – Rockstar will toss in 8 characters from the RDR predecessor, to be used in the multiplayer fun online. "Legends and Killers" can be snagged for $9.99 on the PSN and 800 Microsoft Points on XBL. And remember, this is only the beginning…Rockstar previously announced no less than four downloadable packs for RDR; we still await "Liars and Cheats," "Free Roam," and "Undead Nightmare," which should keep fans occupied throughout the rest of the year. Red Dead Redemption is one of the best of 2010, so there's no reason to shelve it, right?
