Sometimes, rating boards for video games are great sources.
As noted by CVG , it seems a special edition of the highly popular Mortal Kombat reboot is in the works.
The BBFC (UK classification board for games) has rated the "Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition" and based on the evidence, it's set to release on February 17. Unsurprisingly, the collection earned an 18-rating. The game sold three million copies when it launched earlier this year and if we had to guess, we'd say this Kollection will probably feature all the downloadable content to date, plus a few extra features. You know, the standard stuff we see in re-releases of popular titles to entice those who missed out the first time.
Even though I'm not a fighting fan, I too reveled in the successful revival of the MK franchise. It was just great fun and reminded me of the good ol' days in the arcade…when I watched – rather than played – other people play MK. Just wasn't my thing. 😉
